Notifications Empty Notifications

Do your notifications work funny? I can't clear them from my screen. I click the X and they just disapear. If yours are working correctly, could you share with me what web-browser you use?

Mine are working fine when I click the X after I delete them all I may have to refresh the page sometimes but they do go away. I am using Google Chrome
