Requesting time off

Missing a single event
If you will not be able to make minimum requirements in an event, please post here. Members are given one "pass" per season where they can take it easy and not meet minimum requirements (it would be nice if you can still make a score of at least 300). Even if you have already used your pass, you should still post here so that we know what to expect for an event and can plan ahead.

Missing multiple events
Our official policy is that if members will be unable to participate in multiple events they can request a leave of absence.  This only applies to members in good standing (meeting score requirements etc.).  The member will be asked to leave the alliance on the day they go inactive, and when they return they will be guaranteed the first available slot in the alliance.  If a slot does not become available in a reasonable amount of time, a member not in good standing may be booted to make room for the returning member.

If you will not be able to participate fully in an event or would like to request a leave of absence please post in this thread.

Hey, for the next three days, I will not have service or wifi and will be unable to even open the game. I hope the alliance does well despite my inactivity. Sorry to be a burden.

Hey Jatto, I booted you because we were right on the top 100 border in Category-5 and picking up a new member pushed us into the top 100. I have a slot reserved for you when you return (I believe there is a day or so where you cannot rejoin after being removed).

Hi guys! Me and the girlfriend are heading up London for a few days and so I won't be playing as often as I do so I'm probs going to sit Predator and prey out but can I stay till tomorrow for the captain marvel then you can kick me and I'll be back in 4-5 days time

Sorry to be a pain but I'm going to leave the alliance until I return because looking at my timetable me and GF won't be back until about a day after star fall ends so not to affect my record and help you guys out I'll leave and re-join when I have got stable home wifi

hey guys, i'm leaving friday after work to go camping for the weekend.

i'm not sure if my points are going to be good, but there is a chance that i will be able to get enough points before i head out and can throw a shield up. and then get back in time on sunday to get points for the next event. just a heads up. i dont think there is wifi at the campgrounds.

Thanks Antilles; our usual policy is wait and see. If you come out under the minimum, we can use this as your free pass. If it looks like we can make top 100 with your score, we'll leave you on so you can get the alliance points. If not, we'll temporarily boot you and you can return ASAP, which is usually only a day of wait time.

Or you can voluntarily, temporarily give up your spot in the alliance until you return. Your choice. I bet if you can manage about 300 - 400 points, we'll still get top 100.

Sorry for this again but my bud just was rushed into hospital with serious injuries after a mountain bike accident so I might not meet minimum because me and my family are going to see his family now so I won't be able to make the push but I will try thanks guys!
