Goals and Rules

Goals:
-Consistently attain a top 100 rank in PvP events.
-Maintain a relaxed but competitive atmosphere

New Players
New players will be considered full members after meeting scoring requirements in their first four events.  Failure to meet scoring requirements for the first four events may result in dismissal from the alliance (see rules below).

Changes for Season Eight:
We have decided to retool our requirements coming into season eight for two reasons:
- Competition for top 100 spots is getting stronger and we need to bring up the lower half of our scores to stay competitive.
- Our old system is somewhat vague about what the consequences are of not meeting requirements.

New Rules:
650 points is the target minimum score for PvP events
Players receive strikes for not meeting score requirements:
Under 600 = 1 strike
Under 450 = 2 strikes
Under 300 = 3 strikes
Under 150 = 4 strikes

Members in good standing are placed on probation after receiving three strikes.  Trial members will be removed from the alliance after three strikes.
Members on probation who receive two strikes will be removed from the alliance.
Trial members and members on probation will be promoted to good standing after meeting requirements in 4 consecutive events.
A member who accumulates 8 or more strikes in a season may be dismissed at the discretion of alliance leadership.

As before members can take a leave of absence for any period of time.  However if they leave for multiple events they may not be able to rejoin the alliance until after the end of the current season.
